Spectra Vondergeist: Ghost in the Shell

Monster High's Spectra Vondergeist decided to take a rather punny approach to Halloween this year. As Major Mokoto Kusanagi she is the literal Ghost in the Shell. Her ability to turn transparent is the perfect therm-optic camouflage analog for the finishing touch on her costume.
